If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
• Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packing.

• Your item must be sent back to us in original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers.

Order Changes and Cancellation
Upon purchase, we’ll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not subject to the option of cancelling). Any time beyond that, your order will already be processed and being prepared for shipping, therefore after 24 hrs order changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Damaged/Missing Items
If for some reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement ASAP. Please contact our support team to make the Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When you email us be sure to put
Damaged/Missing Item Claim in the subject email so we can tend to this ASAP!

"My tracking information says delivered but I haven't received it yet."

If we’ve confirmed with the post office and shipping carrier that the item has been delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for missing items upon delivery.

If our shipping carrier or post office cannot confirm the item was delivered. You need to contact us and report it, we will then make the arrangements to send you another one or refund ASAP.
If the package was delivered to the exact same address the buyer provided us with and it was the wrong address entered by mistake, we won’t be able to be held responsible for that mistake. However we always like to take care of our customers, so if this mistake was to happen on your behalf we will work with you to ensure you still get your item at a discounted rate! However this is at our customer support teams discretion, so please double check the shipping address whenever you are inserting your information at checkout. If you feel you have made an address error CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can get it taken care of prior to processing the order.

Once we receive your item(s) in the condition and manner stated above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time.

We will only initiate a refund to the same payment method used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it will generally reflect in your payment account within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you bought the item on a free shipping promotion you are still subject to cover the necessary shipping on the item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.

Registered in UNITED KINGDOM, and any of its subsidiaries. The words 'you' or 'your' refer to the person ordering a product or products detailed on our website. From time to time we may use the services of third parties to assist us in the provision of this online store. By purchasing products via this online store, you acknowledge that the online store is controlled by Akargol Ltd. and you accept and agree to these Terms (which include our Privacy Policy) and you agree that your use of this online store, including any transaction you make, is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use this online store.

Making an Order

Follow the onscreen instructions on the online store to make an order.
Items which you select for purchase/download/ (as applicable) will automatically be placed in your “shopping basket”. To remove an item from your shopping basket, simply click on the “remove” (or similar) button next to the item as it appears in your basket. By continuing with the purchase you accept these terms and conditions.
Once you have pressed the “checkout” or similar button you will be asked to provide certain information to allow us or a service provider engaged by us to process your order (including your selected payment method and card details).
You will receive an order summary confirmation on screen and/or by email (provided that you have provided us with a valid email address) acknowledging that we have received your order — this doesn’t mean that your order has been accepted. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a particular item which is accepted by us only when we send you an email (“Shipping Confirmation”) confirming:
in the case of physical products: that that particular product has been despatched;
in the case of gift cards: instructions for accessing the gift card.
We may reject your order for any reason prior to acceptance. If we reject your order after payment has already been taken, we will provide you with a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where your order was for products of a “hybrid” nature (e.g. a physical and digital product) we will refund the relevant element of the order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy for that particular product.
If we cannot provide the products you order, we will give you the option to cancel your order or place an alternative order.
We may substitute or change the exact details of products at any time. Once again, we will try and tell you about changes that affect your order before we send the products to you. However, if we send the products to you, you can return them to us for a full refund within 90 days of receipt.



Our prices are in UK Pounds (GBP), because we are a British company based in the United Kingdom. Your credit card company / PayPal / Apple Pay (depending on the payment method you choose) will convert the final amount of the order to local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
Prices shown against the products do not include the cost of postage and packing, but this is shown in the checkout process.
We can accept major credit cards in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Prices appear on the online store and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We may change the prices for products at any time by posting new prices in the online store.
You can pay for your products using any one of the methods detailed above. When paying by any of the methods detailed above, the person placing the order must be the account holder or have the account holder's authorisation. If the account holder later denies authorisation, you may be charged with a criminal offence.
Prices shown exclude shipping charges if applicable. Shipping charges, if applicable, are added to the total amount and will be calculated and displayed on screen prior to your payment details being taken. There are no shipping charges for digital content. The purchase will appear on your credit card or bank statement as SP Healthfulifestyle.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the items listed on our online store may be incorrectly priced. We will usually verify prices as part of our despatch procedure so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our online store, we will usually, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you.
Billing to your credit/debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay account will take place prior to or at the time of purchase or soon afterwards.
Healthfulifestyle may use a third-party service provider to process payments, but will ensure that any payment processor engaged by Healthfulifestyle will use security to encrypt credit or debit card data.


Refunds Policy

In any event, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned product. We will refund the price of the product in full, provided that you have taken reasonable care of it and the product is returned in its original condition. We accept that you will need to use products such earphones to determine whether they are suitable for you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you seek to cancel your purchase because you claim that the product is defective or that there has been damage or error on our part, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund or otherwise via email within a reasonable period of time.

Products returned by you because of a manufacturing defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. If you determine that any products purchased by you are not working for you, this does not mean the product is defective. The cost of returning products will be at your own expense.

Garments must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Garments must not be tainted or subjected in any way to fragrance, deodorant or make-up. Goods will not be accepted if they are not returned in their original condition.

We will always make any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto a gift card.

All returns must be sent with the receipt or proof of purchase (If you do not provide a valid proof of purchase we may not be able to process your return quickly or at all).

We cannot be held responsible for any products you return until we receive them. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service when returning items to us. Please retain proof of posting with the tracking number when returning products.

Refunds are made using the same Payment Method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise and will convert the final amount of the order to local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note the refund amount you receive may be more or less than you originally paid due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
